The City administers a Stormwater Management Program that applies to many construction projects. All construction sites must comply with the city's Construction Site Runoff Control program. Prior to issuance of a building permit, an applicant may be required to apply for a Land Disturbance Permit, depending on the area to be disturbed and expected effect of the disturbance.
