The City administers a Stormwater Management Program that applies to many construction projects. All construction sites must comply with the city's Construction Site Runoff Control program. Prior to issuance of a building permit, an applicant may be required to apply for a Land Disturbance Permit, depending on the area to be disturbed and expected effect of the disturbance. Information on these requirements is contained in the city's Stormwater Management Ordinance and Supplemental Best Management Practices Manual.
