Public Hearing Notices

The following public hearings will be held at Berry Hill City Hall, 698 Thompson Lane, Nashville, Tennessee, on Monday, October 2, 2017:

At 6:00 pm, the Berry Hill Board of Zoning Appeals will hear a Variance Request from Marcel Rodriguez, for 2831 Azalea Place, to allow retention and expansion of an existing parking space in front of the principal structure to accommodate an ADA accessible parking space.  Copies of the proposed Variance Application will be available for review after September 20th at City Hall, which is open Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, or may be downloaded here.

At 6:15 pm, the Berry Hill Zoning and Planning Commission will conduct a hearing on an amended Concept Plan, Alternative Plan not qualifying for Variance or Special Exception, and Consolidation Plat. The Consolidation Plat combines a 0.16 acre tract, fronting West Iris Drive, extending from Berry Hill Place to Berry Hill Drive (Metro Parcel #11811002100), with a 1.47 acre parcel, comprising four lots (the consolidation of which was previously approved) with the addresses of 2918 Berry Hill Drive (Metro Parcel #11811001600); 2920 Berry Hill Drive (Metro Parcel #11811001700); 2922 Berry Hill Drive (Metro Parcel #11811001800); and 2924 Berry Hill Drive (Metro Parcel # 11811001900). The proposed Alternative Plan and amended Concept Plan modify development standards to include on-street parallel parking and sidewalk along the west side of West Iris Drive, and increase the overall building height to allow a rooftop deck and amenity area.  Copies of the proposed Consolidation Plat, Revised Concept Plan, and Alternative Plan Application will be available for review after September 20th at City Hall, which is open Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, or may be downloaded here.
