The administrative offices at Berry Hill City Hall, 698 Thompson Lane, are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (except on holidays). The police department, also located at 698 Thompson Lane, is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The police department entrance is on the Thompson Lane side of the building and has "Berry Hill Police" over the door.

The Azalea Park Picnic shelter (on Azalea Place, off of West Iris Drive) and the Berry Hill Community Center (located at 404 East Iris Drive next to City Hall's parking lot) may be reserved for noncommercial purposes. There are six large picnic tables at Azalea Park. There is seating for approximately 30 people in the main room of the Community Center. Berry Hill residents and businesses may reserve on a first come/first served basis up to one year in advance (maximum of twice per month), and they do not have to pay a deposit. Nonresidents may reserve on a first come/first served basis up to one month in advance (maximum of six uses in a 12-month period), and nonresidents would have to pay a $100 deposit for use of the Community Center. The deposit will be returned if all the rules are followed and the Community Center is left in acceptable condition. The key to the Community Center only may be picked up (and returned) by the person who reserved the Community Center. There is no charge or deposit for using the Azalea Park Shelter if you clean up after your event, . Each reservation is limited to six hours only, including setup and cleanup time. To reserve, call City Hall at (615) 292-5531. Request forms to reserve either place are to be filled out and given to City Hall within three business days after you contact us to hold that date for your reservation. The deposit must be brought to City Hall no later than three business days prior to the scheduled use. The key for the Community Center may be picked up at Berry Hill Police Dispatch (through the door that says "Police" facing Thompson Lane) at 698 Thompson Lane no earlier than 15 minutes in advance of the scheduled use time. The City no longer allows the use of bouncy houses or water slides. There is no use of alcoholic beverages allowed at either the Community Center or the Azalea Park Shelter.
